Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time

Standard delivery within the U.S. takes 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight. Free shipping may apply on select promotions or order minimums.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at drinkwithpapi@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

International Shipping
